How do I download the file?
After making payment, there will be a "Download Now" button as shown below. Please contact us if the button does not appear. We will send you the file.

What file format is available?
The standard format comes in PES, DST, EXP, JEF, XXX, SEW. However, if you require other file format, please contact us

What if the stitch out isn't up to expectations?
All of our artwork are tested before uploading. Most of the issue are registration issue which may be solved by adding more stabilizer. 

In the event that you are still having issues with the stitch out, please contact us with a clear image of the stitch out. Rest assure that we will rectify ALL issues.

Are you able to do other sizes?
You may slightly reduce or increase the size of the artwork. It should not affect the quality of the artwork. However, if you require a bigger difference in size, please contact us with the size that want. 

Do you do custom logo?
